We require a a twelve item minimum for each clothing order (can be mix and match).
If you would like your practice name or any additional information on the back of a shirt there is a one time $20 set up fee, and a $5 fee for each clothing article.
Prices do not include shipping or tax.
All shipping will be based on Standard UPS rates.
We will apply 7% sales tax to orders shipped to NJ
